Rig Anything

A few weeks ago one of my professors has shown me a website that can not only rig bipeds but quadrupeds as well. This site is called "anything.world" and I wanted to take the time to let people know more about this to help a student or a professional project. Below is a trailer showing what people can do with the rigging tools.
All models in the site are low poly but the main thing that people need are the skeletons and animations only.  Here the video showsjust a few of what they offer.
Another great thing to note as well is that all their models are compatible with Unreal and Unity engines. The site even has tutorials on how to use each rig according to the game engine being used. Lastly, if a person decides to sign in they have a certain number of credits to use for downloading so use it wisely.  Although this was a short post hopefully I have helped make somebody's job easier.

More Balcony Details and a Marble Floor

Another part of the balcony finished, as well as, the marble floor for the main hallway. Although the floor could be smaller in size, since it is a bit large and somewhat blurry.  At the bottom is a rendered image of what I have so far. In the scene there is an HDRI as a place holder for the lights. Once everything is finished on the left side of the scene, it will be duplicated for the right side. Over here is the large marble floor. I do plan to duplicate it and put the floors smaller so the details could be sharper in quality. Finally, the next tasks for the project is to create textures on the outer walls of the balcony and put wood textures at the sides of the marble floor.

Lighting: A Work in Progress

All textures are put in place and now I am focusing on the lighting. The lighting is something that is still being fixed especially the stained glass. On Youtube there is a tutorial on how to make the stained glass lighting effect. I haven't done it before, but it is worth a try. Also I do plan to put emissive texture on the glass so it could have a nice glowing effect as if the sun is shinning through. Unlike previous posts, the large entrance to the throne was not texture and now you can see the final results. The throne room on the other hand has nice lighting, but it could look more dramatic. Again the stained glass windows need improvement.

Throne Scene Final

Finally I have finished the work for my portfolio class. I have to admit that there is a long way to go with lighting. There are other 3D scenes like a witch room and a weapons room that will be done after this class is done.   This render I really liked it, while it is dark, people are still able to see what it is. That is a screenshot of the balcony. This picture is not going to ArtStation, but I wanted to show the good and the bad of the throne scene. This is from the bottom floor and could have been more highlighted. Also is too opaque and murky to appreaciate the details. Also this pic is not going to be posted on ArtStation neither. Once again it needs to have a bit more lighting. Also my computer was taking days of rendering with no breaks in between. It started from Monday all the way to Thursday so there is no need to exhaust the PC again. This is another scene that made it to the portfolio. The fogginess in the scene was made by aiAtmosphereVolume in Maya. The final ...
